car sways in curve not all the time feels just like you hit a patch of ice and it slid for i split second feels like you have no controle i have changed tires and all four struts flushed the system and refill with power sterring fluid . checked for any

The body rolls while cornering, or the tires slide while cornering? This is 2 distinctly different occurrences.

stablilizer bar bushings and link is ok nothing loose
could it be inside rack?

steering rack induced body roll? No. Weak shocks/springs, worn sway bar bushing or links. Maybe worn control arm bushings.
