1997 Toyota Avalon Constant battery drain

Please in addition to the earlier question, my wife notice that the light on dash board come off while engine is running and stereo going on and off as she drives. Also notice heat radiation on leg as she press the break, this happens when she is traffic for like two(2) hours . The fuel consumption is becoming higher.

have a local pro check this for a short in wiring especially under dash.
