I have a 1997 Toyota 4runner and it just clicks and won't start. I had this problem before and the battery terminals had alot of corrosion so I cleaned them and it fired. I have juice as far as lights and radio, etc. But it won't fire. I am thinking it is probably the starter, am I on the right track?

You probably are as long as you have eliminated all the connection problems again.
Try tapping on the starter while someone is holding the key in "start" position. If it fires them, that pretty much confirms a bad starter.

I would also get the battery and starter tested at most autoparts stores for free.

Starter also receives ground from block, so make sure starter mounting area is clean and battery ground to block is clean and tight.
