what is the best way to install the fan belt on a 1997 Toyota 4Runner (basic version)? The truck has 3 seperate belts. It looks like I have to remove the first two belts to get to the fan belt.

There are no best way, only the correct way and that means removing the power steering and A/C compressor belt.
