Four wheel drive will not engage

I have the Ltd model. When I press 4WD button vehicle does not engage in 4WD. There is no clicking sound when I push 4WD switch, no 4WD light indicator light in the instrumental panel either. Please provide help in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

Hi Milind,

First of all you would need to check the power supply to the switch. Check the fuses to see if any is blown. Sometimes designated fuse are good but there are other supporting fuses that can affect the system so it is best to check all fuses.
Such problems could be due to a bad switch, blown fuse, or a connection somewhere is broken.
