1997 Suzuki Sidekick Idle Ruff Low Rpms You Accelerate Smoothes Out Thought

I have a Suzuki sidekick and it idle ruff at low rpms when you accelerate it smoothes out. Thought it might be an O2 sensor, looked and low and be hold it was unplugged plugged it back in and I still have same problem. What could it be? How do I fix it?

Try cleaning out the IAC Valve On throttle body and see what happens, also go here: http://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-misfires-or-runs-rough
