1997 Subaru Liberty stalling

the car stalls bur before it stalls the revs go up than all lights on the dash come on than i have to pull over turn car off than restart car than it drives again i have cleaned all the earth wires i have checked all fuses i have put fuel injector cleaner in but i still have the same problem please help

try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole. check for a vacuum leak like hose having hole in it disconnected etc.
