I need to find the location of the cooling fan control on a 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback

the cooling fan is controled by several things. The temp sensor sends a signal to the PCM which then goes to the fan relay then to the fan motor.

Sensor should be near the thermostat housing
PCM under hood
Relay is in the relay block under the hood
