When it's cold out, my car won't shift out of park. I've figured out that it's probably the solenoid switch. Where exactly is that located on my 1997 Saturn sw2?

Its right bellow the the shifter itself i would also make sure there is no coffee soda etc gumming up the solenoid arm its hooked to.
