looking for the fuse box...my dashboard and shift panel do not light up.. I am thinking it's a fuse.

It is under the center of the inst panel.

Just to add to this one that would be incorrect the fuse your looking for is the parking light fuse.That fuse is in the underhood fuse box behind the battery under the hood and is labeled park.
