good battery

The relay is taped on lower area of the steering column.But i have seen very few relay's ever go bad.So the battery is good you had it tested?Also the battery cable's are clean and tight?Most like if that's the case you have a bad starter.Do you have a multimeter or a test light?If so i can guide you thru figuring out if you do have a bad starter or something else.
