I have changed the license lights and fuses but the lights still do not work. Do not know what to do next. Thank you.

One of the two prongs should have power when headswitch is turn on- if so you have a grounding problem

Just to add to this one i have seen the wires going up the trunk hinge break by the connector going up to the trunk.I have seen a lot of them break there from opening and closing the trunk over time.
