Power locks on car windows is sticking and it just sits there and chatters hoping I can pull the fuse to the windows so it doesn't kill the battery

I believe what he is trying to say that his window button is causing the window to be in motion continuously even when he is not pressing it.

I that is correct, either you have a bad switch or there is a short to power. Has anything like that been checked?
