Hello,
For an engine to start and run it will need to have spark, fuel and compression.
If it cranks over and over but not start you might be missing one or more of those three things.
First check for spark. No spark can be due to bad plugs, coil or ignition module.
Here is a helpful guide:

If you have spark then check for fuel. Can you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key to the on position? If you hear the pump then you will need to check to see if it is producing proper fuel pressure. This vehicle should have 40-55 PSI of fuel pressure.
Here is a guide to how to check fuel pressure:

If the fuel pump does not come on then you could have a bad pump or relay/wiring issue.
First check the relay. That relay is located in the fuse box for the instrument panel (see diagram). Check for any corrosion or burnt pin(s).
You can also test the relay:

If the relay is good but still pump is not coming on then check to see if there is power to the fuel pump harness. If there is power then the fuel pump is faulty.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.
Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
