during idle...my engine speeds up 2-3000 rpm sometimes ...changed idle control vavle and throttle position sensor...have to turn it off and back on very fast to get it to return to normal...at a loss...please help....Delwayne

Lets try this remove the negative battery cable off the battery for 1 min then put it back on.Then start it and see if it still does it.Have you checked for codes yet?
