coolant problems

1997 Saturn SC2 high engine coolant warning light flashing, after driving 15 miles, coolant tank is empty and needs to be refilled, this is a constant issue, what could be possible issues?

Most likely the water pump is leaking or on the radiator just below the upper radiator hose where the top transmission cooler line screw's the tank is cracked and leaking.Check those two place's and let me know what you find.
