1997 Saab 900 Roof Does Work Complete Dead Rear Catches Below Wind Screen

roof does not work, complete dead....but the rear catches below the wind screen are not settled in the slot, pls advice any one.

check the fuses and relays to the roof (they are located in the fuse box). check both the underhood and the interior fuse boxes.
