No leaks around heater core. Is this electrical?

Check thermostat, heater core and air blend door

sounds like a blend door issue. the control that says hot/cold

and you failed to give complete model # of car. 5 different models of the 900.

also check coolant control valve that blocks/opens flow thru heater core. both sides of valve hosing should be hot.
