Greetings

To adjust your vehicle's parking brake, relase the parking brake lever and raise the vehicle. Remove the wheels and check if the cable actuates lever. If so, press cable holder out of bracket. Loosen adjusting unit until brake disc is locked. Tighten adjusting unit back 7 notches. Adjust opposite wheel in same manner. Install rear wheels. Apply parking brake 6 notches. Ensure both rear wheels are locked. If needed, adjust cable equalizer by setting parking brake lever at notch number 2. Tighten adjusting nut on link rod until brakes begin to operate. Lower vehicle slightly and release parking brake lever and tighten again. At notch 6 the wheels should lock. Ensure the brake shoes are backed off by a sufficient amount to avoid noise.
