if your a.t.s. lights are solid then you will have a passlock sensor problem. purchase one from partsgeek.com about 75. the sensor relearn the value and resets itself to the module. the value is in the resistor thats built into your ignition switch. apparently the sensor isnt picking it up any longer. or have an alarm tech bypass the resistor by splitting certain wires and bypassing the sensor, using 2200 ohm resistors.
