ok let me ask this i have a 97sunfire the cig lighter got fried up to the fuses box so i pulled all the wiring now i have no horn i need to know how to rewire the horn so it can work. any help???

Did you remove a fuse or something that is for the horn? The cig lighter and the horn are not tied together.
