Okay, There could be a couple issues. The cluster could be faulty. Are you able to get it to a pro to do a gauge sweep (if possible on this model)? May I ask how you ruled out the float?

One more thing what you sent me is this related to my gas gauge hand wont' move, the gas gauge hand stays on full when there's a little gas in the car.

Yes, it states that If the gauge reads incorrectly, fluctuates from full to empty, or chimes incorrectly.
