1997 Pontiac Firebird PCM Systems Control Air Fuel Ratio Car Running Rich

What PCM systems control air/fuel ratio. My car is running rich and I need to lean it out. Rebuilt engine with custom ground camshaft, headers and dual exhaust. I have the software to make PCM adjustments, but I'm not getting much help on this subject yet. Want to do this myself and not pay for someone else to dyno. Self accomplishment thing.

take it to the parts store and have the codes checked.then come back.
