It is actually about 3 things:

1. Electrical: My windows work sometimes, but most of the time they don't. When they arent working, the front windos still get some power to where I can manually assist in them going down whereas the back windos cannot.

2. Brakes: My brakes seem to be somewhat unresponsive. They work, but only just. I have to use a good deal of strenght to stop the car. If I push on them while idling, there is significant hissing before it catches.

3. Engine: Starting the cars has become difficult lately. I don't have to press the gas to start it, but it takes longer before ignition. While driving, everything seems to be normal but once I begin to idle, the car beings to sputter as if it is going to stall but it doesn't or at least it hasn't yet.

You need to keep it to one problem,/vehicle per question. It's way too confusing to follow multiple subjects and replies. Just ask separate questions for the other issues.

As for the windows, you are likely getting a voltage drop somewhere along the circuit, possibly through the relay or relay socket.
