The air conditioning belt has a tensioner bolt in front of the compressor that must be loosened about ten to fifteen turns, then the nut in the center of the pulley is loosened to let it slide down.

Once the AC belt is off, there is a spring-loaded tensioner pulley for the serpentine belt. Hook a 15mm box wrench on its center nut and pull it forward to release the tension.
