How to change power steering belt, I can turn the pulley by hand, the belt seems to be that loose. It groans when turning the wheel. It looks like I will have to go under the car to do it. Can you please give me some pointers?

If this has an automatic belt tensioner it should be changed at same time as belt. If not it should have a belt tension gauge used on it. Auto parts may rent it.
