My neighbor is 85 years old and im trying to get heat in her car. It only blows out cold air. I have replaced the thermostat and that didnt work. Checked heater hose going into firewall. One is hot and other is kinda warm. Im pretty sure its the heater valve but dont know it is. Help my neighbor please..

I don't believe this vehicle has a heater control valve. If I recall, it uses a blend air door to maintain interior temp. If only one heater hose is hot, remove both and back flush the heater core. It may be partially plugged.
