im getting a p1309 code.also,the digital odometer and tachometer works once in a while.

The Odometer and Tack problem, there are sometimes weak solder joints on the instrument cluster printed circuit board. Youtube has videos on how to find and fix that. It is not hard if that is the problem. Mine was not that problem and looked like maybe bad resistors in certain spots. I had to order one on ebay for a 99 breeze and that fixed me right up.
