Radiator fan

Hi, I have an Opel Kadett 1.4IS, 1997. The problem is the radiator fan which kick-in immediately after you turn the ignition key. Any advice? Thanks

I don't have any wiring info on that vehicle but it sounds like a relay possible stuck closed.
