The fuel gauge in my 1997 Oldsmobile Regency does not work. But I have calculated how many miles per gallon it gets. So a few days ago when I knew it was time to get gas because I should have been on empty I was only able to pump about 2 gallons before it. Fuel gauge does not work, car gets about 18mpg, wont let me pump gas.
