About a week ago I did a compression test and I did not have compression in 4 put of 6 cylinders so I took the timing chain cover off to check timing but I was having trouble finding top dead center so I decided to do the compression test again and now I have compression in all cylinders but 2 of them are low compression any suggestions on what to do now fuel pressure is still 52

Put some oil into the cylinders and crank the engine for a few seconds. Retest the compression. If compression increases, it would mean the rings are bad. However it must be noted that prolonged inactivity of the engine can result in low compressions and so do non starting issues when flooding occurs.
