Left turn signal stays solid wont flash

I have a 1997 Olds cutlass supreme. The right turn signal stays solid and will not flash. The left one works fine. I changed out the the flasher relay and still does the same thing. Where could the problem be?

check all bulbs and sockets. one of them will be the issue

this usally is a bad front bulb or socket
