check engine flashing

p0300 and p1654 what does the a/c relay have anything about the engine missing fire and i changed plugs, checked plug wires, and fuel filter after i changed this the lights still flashing it wont clear.

The light has to be cleared with a scanner. A/C relay should have nothing to do with an engine misfire. Do a compression test. Make sure all cylinders are receiving a strong spark.
