My blower works, the light on the switch comes on but the AC pump doesn't want to kick in. I checked all the fuses in the dash and both boxes under the hood and none are burnt.

What are your high and low pressure readings on your ac?If you have too low or too high of pressure the ac compressor wont kick on.
