You'll need a 15 mm socket on a long breaker bar. Insert it into the bolt at the very center of the tensioner pulley. turn the breaker bar counter clockwise to release the tension. Pull the belt off of the water pump first, then the alternator. Then the belt can be twisted off the other pulleys.

Reverse the order to put the new belt on.

You have a Northstar style engine and your water pump belt is at the other end of the engine. There is a small tensioner pulley to move forward and slip the belt off the pulleys.
