1997 Oldsmobile Achieva fuel delivery

My car 2.4l multi port injected engine will turn over but not start. I get fuel all the way to the fuel rail. It will run on ether so I don't believe it to be electrical in nature.
It has a new coil, new fuel filter.

It sounds like the injectors aren't putting fuel into the engine. Check them using a noid light. See if they are getting power. If it runs on starting fluid and the fuel pressure is correct at the rail, the injectors would be my first guess.
