Is it possible to repair the airflow sensor

My car engine stops while driving, and after starting I have to press the pedal several times for it to drive a few miles before it stops again.

Any more details would be helpful like why you want to repair sensor. Generally, they are cleanable. CEL has not come on?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY FIXITMR.
WHY I WANT TO REPAIR IT, IS BECAUSE I CAN`T FIND A NEW ONE TO REPLACE IT. THESE CAR PARTS FOR NISSAN ARE HARD TO FIND HERE. I COULD FIND A SECONDHAND BUT IT`S ALMOST THE SAME PRICE AS A NEW ONE. SO I AM TIRED OF SEARCHING AND IF IT`S POSSIBLE I WOULD TAKE THE CHANCE TO REPAIR IT.

Check for any air leaks in ducting between MAF and throttle plate.
