there is spark there is fuel and all the feuses are ok but its just not starting

Was anything done prior to this occurring?
Have the compression tested.
Try some starting fluids to see if it starts. If the injectors are not pulsing, starting fluid would allow you to briefly start the engine and confirm it is a fuel related problem.
