after new clutch install it won't to into gear

i have a 97 eagle talon tsi i just put a clutchmaster stage 2 6 puck clutch in it and when i start it won't go in gear its like its not engaging all the time. I just put a new clutch in my eagle talon tsi and when i start it won't go in gear and when i put it in gear and then start it it pulls itself with the clutch pushed all the way in and the clutch is really hard to push in

recheck your installation it kinda sounds like your hydraulic clutch slave cylinder isn't working right and needs to either be bled or adjusted properly.

without physically seeing it it's hard to diagnose what is exactly wrong with it. as long as the clutch install was done correctly it's either that or a bent release arm.
