Oil leak from timing belt. What could be the possible problems. Mitsubishi Montero 97, 3.0 L.

Either cam oil seal or crank oil seal

Thanks!!. On the other hand, the oil pump seal could be the cause of leak or not (is rare?). If the response is afirmative, how may detect the leak in it?
