How to fix my car hesitation?

My car hesitates when accelerate. i let off the gad then accelerate again and it stops. I have changes the head on the car. I have also changed the tps sencor and the o2 sencor. Sometimes the check engine light comes on that says bank 1 sencor 1 is not active.

Since you have a code telling you there is a problem with bank 1 sensor 1, that is the first thing I would check. I realize you replaced the part, but that doesn't mean it is working. You could have a bad part, wiring problems, bad connection...

What I suggest is this. You need to get access to a "Live Time" scanner. Once the scanner is plugged in, you can actually watch the voltage changes in the O2 sensor to see if it is working. From that, you will know if there is a problem there that is causing the issue for you.
