Car will not crank when it gets below freezing

Car will not crank when it gets below freezing. No issues when warm out. Replaced battery and all electrical works fine

When it won't crank, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the starter on the smaller wire. You should have 12v. If you do, chances are the starter is bad. If there is no power, check the starter relay.
