Wont Start

1997 MITSUBISHI 3000GT

97 3000gt runs on 5 cylinders but when i plug the last one up it wont run, runs on 5 cylinder but when i plug the cylinder 3 spark plug wire up it will spit sputter and bog down and die

Was anything done prior to this occurring?
Are the firing order correct?
Is the MIL indicating?

yes there was i unplugged two spark plug wires on accident while starting it
