3000GT Very Weird Problems?

Got a 97 3000gt non turbo 3.0 sohc v6, when cylinder #3 is plugged in all the way it wont run and when it does run it will bog down at wot, but when I just barely give it some gas itll rev fine. This problem has gone on for 6 months. Ive replaced the coil, the spark plugs injectors spark plug wires and the rotor button. It actually runs better with cylinder 3 is completely unplugged from the spark plug. The plug is not fouled it looks new. Ive never had this happen before nore have I even heard of such a problem. Prior to this happening I had unplugged cylinder 3 and cylinder 5 at the same time on accident while finding a minor misfire. I have asked everyone and put time in everyday to fix it but nothing is working. If anyone knows what might the problem could be please help out. And the compression in the piston is within factory specs.
