Car has spark, fuel, timing belt in time, no.

Car has spark, fuel, timing belt in time, no check engine light, no error codes. Turns over like it should, just wont fire up. When the ingnition is turned on I can hear the fuel pump prime, but there's a buzzing from what I think might be the throttle position sensor. I could be wrong on the exact sensor name. Like I said though, no error codes present
