While driving my RPM Gauge goes up and down. 0-2000, then to 5000 then back down and up. It will do this even when I am on cruise control or at a continuous constant speed. The car doesn's seem to be losing power and shifts fine.

Does the engine rpms do the same ? Or does the guage just jump and everything else is fine? If its just the guage jumping you may need a mechanic to sweep the guages with a good scan tool. You may have a bad cluster.
