what cause my sable to jerk and shudder under harder acceleration from a dead stop? It also has a delayed shift from 1st to 2nd. I have replaced the VSS, and changed the fluid and filter.

I assume the check engine light is coming on. Have the codes read and post the numbers here, not the description, just the numbers.
