Windshield wipers sometimes do not work

Windshield wipers not working. They will work sometimes with washer.

Have a pro scan it for a bad GEM module. However it can be the multi function switch as well or one of the relays in power distributor box. Check how to repair electrical on how to check relays or switch with a like one.
