1997 Mercury Mountaineer Car Won T Start Just Clicks Clicking Sound Coming

Car won't start...just clicks. Clicking sound coming from below fuse box near firewall. Replaced starter' solenoid, battery and alternator tested good. Has started after each repair only once then won't start again. Checked some fuses. Running out of money and patience. Now what?

starter motor replaced or just the solenoid??
