is there a relay for my wipers,they go on when i touch my signal arm, or for no reason at all,they just go on

I turn my right or left turning signal and my wiper goes on ,for about ten swipes or i have to shut my car off

This has a multi-function or combination switch that has gone bad. It controls the turn signals, wipers, and has the dimmer.
